Welcome to the site!
I am a Registered Dietitian, licensed in the state of Georgia. I have been working in acute and long-term clinical care for about 6 years now. I am currently completing a master's degree from the University of Houston. This program is part of my final project to complete that degree.
When I'm not working, I am teaching dance part-time and raising three precious daughters with my husband Brad.

THE VISION
IDDSI Implementation for all of Georgia!
The idea for this program was born out of my own experience with IDDSI and noticing the gaps in implementation across my state. In addition to this I was unable to find any published IDDSI compliance data. My hope is to improve clinicians' readiness for IDDSI implementation by reinforcing the value of IDDSI, debunking commonly reported barriers, approaching planning in a practical way, and using regionally-specific data to help clinicians ease the process of rollout!
